I missed the final 100 k deadlift weights from the 7 day calendar due to a bug which prevented me from logging and claiming it and yet was informed that support is unable to do anything about it. Your expectation of kabam compensating you for a error made by you for not checking the objectives tab to ensure the challenge was live is highly optimistic to say the least.

SummonerNR while I appreciate you are trying to help can you stop misguiding the forum into providing information that is irrelevant to this such as suggesting it might be an old device, lack of storage etc.,when when it is perfectly clear it has nothing to do with that.
Kabam needs to investigate, and investigate with speed, because this is likely affecting thousands of players, it started 4/5 days ago and we have no solution nor timeline for solution in sight, and this is considerably impacting players and alliances, and the generic response from support confirming it is a bug…well we knew that already, the critical point is understanding when is it going to get fixed and the fact we haven't heard anything from the top dev Kabam people is UNACCEPTABLE.

Can you comment on how the reward amounts were decided in the transfer from the store to side quest. Meaning how much of each item you guys included. This is because it seems you guys took our ability away to choose how to spend the Mysterium and gave us a portion of each not the max we could purchase.
For example it looks like the side quest gives 5 t6b or t3a (not 100% because the numbers are hidden but based on a community made guide) which is less than the max 16 before and doesn't factor amounts that were already in the side quest. That's just one of the items, so either you guys just calculated it by spreading the Mysterium over the bundles not the max purchase limits, or you guys make a mistake and made it worse for us. Either way you took away our choice or made the rewards worse.
I already replied once to your comment about it because this is one of many changes in the last few months that is at least perceived by the community as worse (even if it not) because of the lack of clear communication. It does not help you guys intentionally hid the rewards for the side quest this month making it harder to compare. The lack of communication makes me believe this was intentional to make it harder for players to realize we are worse off.

Timing makes no sense. We’re going to give you new event Ring the Bell and rewards of 80k mysterium from the paths. We limit you 60k of mysterium and let you purchase low value add items in that store. Ha ha good luck summoners enjoy.
