The mode is absolute garbage. There are ways to fix it:

Better engagement rewards for gladiator will bring in new blood, lower thresholds for radiance milestones, or just shift competitive rewards to other modes and make BG optional.

the way it is right now is borderline unplayable for 95% of the dedicated player base.

Why not do the 10 year challengers run? It requires you to actually complete a full run of Necropolis anyways, whereas all the others are only designed around you having to go halfway. Doing the easy path with them should be relatively simple.

it’s easy. You’ll live even when you are not try to fulfill every event they launch. It’s a game - when it’s not fun to you, just skip. As I did

You’re comparing a PvM game to a PvP game. If you had the same frustrations playing through the Act or EQ, maybe I can understand your point. But the fact that you want the same experience from PvM as PvP does not sound realistic

how about 10 wins in GC is 10k radiance and 20 wins is an extra 10? Regardless of score

I also gotten 7* Ultron from NR and 1,500 units from RNG chest

But the units isn't guaranteed every time, sometimes I get 10x 5* champions and I wonder what for

My account doesn't grow an inch even with 100% rewards so it's not worth 180 tickets regardless whether I get free tickets from doing other content

180 tickets was acceptable when the mode was launched years ago and the rewards were premium

100% raid exploration should automatically pay back the entry price. 6.3k essentia is too much for a mode with useless rewards.
