i think it should've had more rewards for this amount of pts. at least some greater red envelopes, or more 7* shards

doesnt really matter if you have a deck of 30/35/40 i see barely someone with a different deck as myself maybe a couple P2W champs but thats it. because thanks to kabam they made toxic defenders that are only can be countered buy some specific champs. So most of the players have atleast 25/30 the same champs in there deck so it become more and more draft dependent if you get them or not. De mode is washed

true but the main appeal was that we can stock them besides the regular potions, so we can hold them for a year even if needed. i miss those times..

The question I have is what is even the purpose of romance revives and potions at this point.

There is no end game content to use it on. We have revives expiring every day.

Naturally you're more likely to get the lower-scoring "cards", that's why they're lower-scoring!

My general strategy is to initially aim for the colour I have the most of, if I have 2 of 2 different colours then I go for the higher-scoring ones. If by round 3 I don't have at least 3 of a higher-scoring card, then I use the final round to swap out every card that isn't Fire (the lowest-scoring by most likely to appear) and hope for the best.

I'm going to add this frustration - Taking three chances to draw one additional water card by drawing three additional cards and getting none of those three separate times when playing with Bronco tokens is a waste of a Bronco token. It's gambling in this mode and just like when it happens in real life and doesn't pay off, it sucks, but even more so because you had to go through three tedious fights to get to that point and then make the decision if it's even worth it for 75 measly points. It's grindy, it's gambling, and it's outright gross, not fun. They did this. They made this worse than the last outing, and they need to be reminded of that. Hell, the last one you lucked into good hands far more often than you do this one. And you can say RNG isn't in your favor, but experiencing this bull hockey more than once when I'm not going for anything but three of a kind? No. At that point it's coded greed.
