You won't see much change between Elder and Valiant. Whenever new titles are released, deals catered to new titles won't happen till least CyberDeals as it always has been. This way it gives time for people to aim for a new title and enjoy the rewards it offers.

Just like life, there will always be people that you don't get along.
If you find anyone annoying you, best to just ignore them, if you can't do it yourself then use the Forum function to help you.
