The model does tend to take a conservative approach. It assumes you will be playing a lot of rounds, and tries to get you the best possible score over the course of those rounds. If you want to play it riskier, you can tell the model what cards you chose instead of it’s recommendation.

If you barely have 5 R4s, then you weren't pushing very far in BGs regardless of any changes.

Skilled F2Ps have 20+ R4s at this point.
