Re: Who designed this path for a randomizer quest?
I guess it depends on the champs one has at their disposal but I found path E real easy. Angela and Odin did it for me.
The path OP is talking about was a mess because Daredevil wouldn't throw his specials and instead chipped my health away with blocked hits here and there while my own basic attack barely grazed him. I left it out of frustration.
Re: Kabam Hypocrisy Exposed
The best part? The next time Kabam might well ban people for exploiting it. Or they won’t compensate anything. There is no direction or set principle you can hang your hat on. They just arbitrarily decide what they want to do and then churn out an AI composed response the game team will never look at again.
and they will chuckle amongst themselves when they see forums months later pulling back up old posts showing their position changed.
Re: Kabam Hypocrisy Exposed
As others said, they don’t care. Nothing matters. You can hang your hat on them screwing up basics and then taking the easiest way out for them with the lowest cost/investment.
Kudos to those who can open banquet crystals when they immediately go live bugged - you are gonna get a heck of a haul.
Re: Who is the best pull in the new Titan out of the 6 brand new additions
I don't know about the others, but after getting Lizard and testing him in tens of fights, he is very disappointing.
I have tried Lizard in over 30 fights and the only fights his rotation can be done are vanilla ones (i.e., no nodes at all), and even in those fights his rotation is very difficult. When people showcase them on YouTube, they do it in the C.C.P. tester, where defenders have no nodes, plus max boosted. His rotation is very stressful and very hard to maintain ruptures.
Every single time I've tested Lizard in fights with nodes, it took a lot of minutes to finish a 400-500k health pool fight.
Re: Who designed this path for a randomizer quest?
I mean, the whole thing is a stupid design.
A rift-style rewards side quest = fine
or
A rift-style rewards side quest with randomiser = fine
or
A rift-style rewards side quest where the paths have wildly different requirements = fine
but…
A rift-style rewards side quest with randomiser and where the paths have wildly different requirements = Aaaaagh!
I mean, seriously: on path E, multiple buffs are a necessity; and on path D, multiple buffs = an enormous mountain to climb
Thankfully you can back out and try again, but surely a better solution for next time would be to place a team swap-out option after the randomiser gate?
Re: Kabam Hypocrisy Exposed
The way they decided to compensate the issue literally broke my heart. I do not know what I want from this game. It feels so disrespectful for all my time, effort and money while building up the prestige comparing to hudnreds of free sig stones they are going to gift to "lucky" people at "lucky" time.
Re: Kabam Hypocrisy Exposed
I mean, that is pretty much the lesson I've learned from this incident. Hoard resources, wait for glitches (won't have to wait too long with this game), and then exploit exploit exploit. Why would anyone do the right thing when Kabam rewards doing the opposite?
Re: The Problem with The Compensation
"Personal impact" being the metric we use to judge whether or not something is or isn't acceptable doesn't hold much water. Someone getting shot a few thousand miles from me won't impact me, but it doesn't make it ok, just like 10,000 random players getting sent 1000 titans each, but it's not good for game fairness.
This comp package is beyond busted and makes everyone else feel like a dummy for not popping sooner or being in the right place at the right time. And it sets a weird precedent that exploits should be taken as fast as possible if you have the plausible deniability.
