There is no rollback,..you get all the dupes and resources what you originally opened and get to do it all over again.

Yeah this is an absolutely insane disparity AND exactly opposite of Kabam's "reasoning" and measurements that LAST time something like this happened.

I can't imagine they thought everyone would be happy about this and just dust their hands of it and say "resolved."

Are they only giving back 7* crystals?

What about:

Paragon crystals?

Valiant crystals

Exalted crystals?

+ Nexus versions of them all?

Will they comb thru and identify how many triggered a possible 7*? They can't afford the man hours to properly test to begin with, so can't imagine they can pull that data efficiently...

You’re genuinely stupid if you think 6 months of my life playing this game should be wasted because Kabam screwed up. You’re pathetic and greedy, just wanting more more more. All I want is for this to be made right, which they are doing.

I think they should just send everyone back their crystals opened between reset today and reset tomorrow. That way whoever missed the bug can still get a fair compensation from opening afterwards

I opened 31 7* crystals before the bug was fixed, so I'm pleasantly surprised by the compensation (for my own sake) but I agree that this does put people like me who happened to open crystals during that window at an unfair advantage. I recognize that there is pretty much no compensation that Kabam could've come up with that would've made everyone happy, but there was probably a better solution than this. One possibility would be to give each affected player a selector that includes all 21 new additions to the 7* crystal for every 10 crystals that they opened during the bug window. Kabam could maybe even throw one of those selectors out to the rest of the player base also to balance the playing field a little bit.

Making it right would be clawing back the results of the crystals, not give you 6 months worth of new crystals...

It's not making it right, that's for the simple people who think "Oh I didn't get the champ I wanted wahhh", people are investing on sig levels due to this BS 30 champ prestige level and now a bunch of people got a bump in prestige for free.

Either way players on both sides are gaining huge advantages or disadvantaged by any compensation
