I mean, it essentially says it on the screen.
Unranked is casual, ranked is to climb the victory track. I don't think they need an in-game message for that. And if you stop and think about it, why would they allow you to climb the victory track with less energy than before, or use Elder marks?

Now what could have been conveyed more and better is that you can't convert energy to EM now in the BG store.

Medusa and Sentry are great for Epoch. Sentinel and Black panther civil war are excellent for defense. All of these characters are going to be added to the basic pool in December.

You guys actually use the help function? It's incredibly cumbersome and not worth the effort and if you're just grinding for units then there isn't any need to use it anyway if you have a big enough 7* roster. If you're grinding for the 6* champ then I can see the benefit but that raises the question of why are you doing that in 2025?

Skrull is also great, and it’ll be much easier to get an awakening gem for Yondu than it’ll be to get Skrull again. You do want to awaken Yondu when you can though as his sig ability is amazing.

Usually doing a ticket for something like that before you open any cristals use any items or units from wrongly purchased packet is quickly resolved, but only if you didn't use anything from that package to make it hard to impossible to fix. I was surprised to get a ticket sorted in 5-10 mns after I create it and my rewards were available in the game in less than 30 mns. For some things which are easy to check take back, swap or whatever you need kabam support team is spot on. It's always worth trying. GL
