Sinister with second chance gives you a second second chance. He'll Regen on the crits when he gets the indestructible. I'd also suggest using whichever champ you are best at playing at and build the hacks around them. Second Chance and a healing hacks are a mist (especially if you are asking for advice).

I personally would never take the hemostatic boost unless forced as there are too many bleed immune champs. I want all of my hacks to work against whatever champ I'm fighting against.

SWoman and Bullseye are a nice dual setup for Hemostatic Charge abuse, with some other damage-boosting hacks to cover the Bleed-Immune Robot bosses. As suggested, Second Chance + Healing hacks is almost mandatory, in this case Toxic Siphon would probably be very powerful as the healing hack of choice but you can definitely just go Mutually Assured Destruction if you want to be safer (although there’s nothing stopping you from taking both). I’d probably take Onslaught as a third, he gives you some much needed DoT Resistances and counters most of the anti-Debuff Nodes you’ll come across that threaten the Power Sting Debuffs.

build your core hacks around fury. Fury burst is good, tide of combat is good, there are others too. You can add hacks that give prowess as well. Could throw buff cornucopia on as well.

For the sustainability stuff, I actually prefer toxic siphon over second chance or mutual destruction. TS heals you up every time you hit the opponent while they have a non-damaging debuff.

SW will carry most of the way, with her furies feeding your back build. If you have Medusa, take her and she will wipe the floor with the robot bosses.

Second chance, 1 or two healing hacks, and then it doesn't even really matter.

incursion potions are definitely worthless. and let's be real … the nodes from like 12 - 15 were extremely over tuned and ridiculous.
