I don't think people realize that I spend most of my day pouring everything into trying to create the best possible experience for our players; whether it pertains to livestreams, Summoners Fest, or the game in itself. It's honestly pretty deflating.

The game features frequent sales, this is just how it's structured - so when I preview what's coming next month, it can sometimes feel like an "infomercial" - especially if you haven't tuned in for a while. I've taken this feedback to heart in recent months and scaled back on highlighting sales during streams, but I still need to keep everyone informed about the major ones ahead here and there. But, when I do, I highlight the most optimal player loop and what things can be obtained for free.

As for Twitch Drops, we're going to be continuing them - it's a common practice across many games, and earning free rewards simply by watching feels like a fair trade-off to me. I get the concern that "some folks don't want to watch streams," and that's totally valid; no one's obligated. But for those who do enjoy it, Drops are a way to reward that time and engagement - it's not just a random giveaway. To make them more accessible, we tried to add restreams for anyone juggling work, other commitments, or time zones. At this point, we're exploring additional paths to these rewards, but promo codes fall flat on interaction. They often just devolve into copying a code from Discord, Line, or elsewhere, which misses the whole point of this system, especially as I'm trying to add more game value into the rewards.

Probably been playing regularly for 10 years, no thoughts about stopping any time soon.

I'm not a fan of the EQ, but 60 revives is a skill issue. I do think event quests should be more approachable, but elder should be a challenge. If you are not fit to do it you can just explore classic and get similar rewards.

I’m glad to hear summoners were able to voice their concerns personally and they were heard. I’m definitely looking forward to the end of the year but with certain cautious. I think needless to say the team is always looking for the betterment of the contest so it’s really rough when ideas don’t concrete as intended and mistakes or bad things happen. I’m a little sad I missed the fest in person but I’m looking forward to next year and to the end of Q4. Cheers!

First I want to recognize the work the community managers do. I believe you all put in a lot of effort, which isn't always appreciated by the players who tend to focus on too much negativity. I am also not absolving myself of that either, which is why I say thank you now.

Secondly, I want to add a little "old guy" perspective. I have children who are young adults, and I watch and understand how they like to obtain their information. The vast majority of the time this is through pictures/videos on instagram or tiktok or the like. And I will also admit that my demographic is less likely to be the majority that needs to be targeted for information dissemination. With all that being said, watching videos for information is the last thing I want to do. If I want to know something I want to spend 30 seconds reading a synopsis or 10 seconds with an infographic. I just don't have time waste.

This is purely my perspective, and maybe mine alone, but I suspect there are others out there that would be much happier if we just got a blurb to read. Thanks again for your hard work and consideration. Cheers to a smoother future!

Back in the day when I was studying, I worked in many jobs, catering, dishwasher, Burger King. I was thankful to have a job , so very one of those jobs I give my all to it, I treated every customers with repect, every customers are Sir and Madam, not because they are better than me, but because I believe in good customer service.

I always believe that the cheapest way for any company to increase their turnover is by investing in good customer services. This can be achieve by creating a positive working environment, where staffs are proud of their jobs, whatever it might be.

However our views is, it is not hard to see that right now the relationship between Kabam and their customers are not in a great shape. If the CEO of the company have to come and say they will be more players focus then, something clearlt is not righr.

I’m all for looking forward to the future of MCoC… but maybe we should use different phrasing
