Ignoring the multiple warnings about not using 3rd party apps, and being a twat on the forums is trash and ignorant behavior. That’s purely my opinion, these multiple threads here on the forums-why this and that, is because the majority of you didn’t read the warning and didn’t give a ****, and here is the conclusion of your actions. My beautiful brother. Look, the thing you don't understand is this. I didn't use a 3rd party software. Since I don't like Google services tracking me, I use an Android system without Google services. And the place I installed the game is a page called apkmirror. They don't allow their names to be associated with cheats, not cheats. I don't know what you have set up in your head, but what you want to say is no different than saying 'you are not guilty but you have to die'. This is not how things can go in this community. I accept that it is a beautiful system, but shouldn't they weed out the innocent ones? In a way that I can't understand, forum members don't know anything other than saying "if everyone dies, there is no problem if I live"?

In reality, I am questioning the reason for my 7-day ban, when my device runs an Android operating system and has only downloaded updates from the Play Store since 2020. The responses from technical support leave much to be desired, repeating what is in this post. I hope they clarify the reasons, and since I have nothing to fear, this is why I am contesting the unjust sanction. But if I will definitely experience these 'problems' again every so often, as seen in other games when implementing anti-cheats (which are never 100% error-proof), I prefer not to waste my time and abandon the game.

Honestly, I wouldn't waste my time with support right now. They're probably getting 10,000 requests right now, so they're just copy pasting the response they've been told to give. While not what you want, I'd wait for a response from Kabam (or Kabam Crashed) on Monday which will either be, tough luck, you all did it, or we made a major mistake.

I totally understand, but it's the only thing left to claim an account to which I have invested some money. I assume I will lose the account, but don't call me a cheat without evidence.

I care about the game, and I sympathize with the people affected. What I won't do is abandon logic.

Tell me the logic of accepting someone's money and then telling them too bad you shouldn't even have been here to give me the money in the first place.

So question do you believe that ppl shouldnt be held accountable for their actions you really feel the whole blame falls on kabam because that is what it sounds like i get it it sucks that the players in mainland china dont have a legit way to get the game correctly that use android phones and yes ethically with the money issue you have it is not right but kabam sends out warning atleast every few months in game not to use 3rd party also what if kabam just sent those ppl an in game warning you think at the end of that 7 days anything would be different for them no it wouldnt and kabam never forced those players that spent that money in the game it is obvious kabam made a decision that wasnt easy you want them to just abandon the fight on cheaters just so they can continue playing the game or is your thought process to just let that region use 3rd party to play the game but everyone else cant cause that would be a big slippery slope right there

I do believe thety should be held accountable, also I do believe there should come out with a better solution as a next step.
I am not buying the "new technology" story. i am sure this is something that could have been implemented years ago when mods started showing up. I think its a last resort to a situation they lost complete control after 10 years. A new game restricting the access to a huge market like China from day 1 or year 1 wouldn't have been as profitable as restricting it after 10 years would it?
I have used other apps on android that stop functioning if you download the apk from somewheere for years. Like I said lipstick on a pig to call it new technology.

At this point everything is just speculative i dont believe kabam has just been sitting on this tech cause they want to milk per se the chinese android market who knows maybe they have been working behind the scenes to get something set up for that market im just going to sit back and see what happens tomorrow been a pretty crazy i am not a tos violater weekend lol

If they had been working behind the scenes,
why not announce it? Something along the lines of "On June 7th people who don't download the game from official sources will no longer have access to the game, we will work to accommodate region issues"
Sounds a lot better than "Hey man you spent a bunch during HoF event, got the sweet champs you wanted and rank them? Well guess what, you were not supposed to have access to the game; but thanks for supporting us!"

My account was suspended yesterday for some BS 3rd party software violation. I have never installed from anywhere other than the Play store on my S23. Always been official. I mainly just do AQ in a retirement alliance. I'm not trying to do anything shifty. If they don't get this resolved I'm just going to delete the game. Been playing for 8 years and just stayed uncollected for years until they did the champ giveaways recently. So I decided to up one level, I think paragon. I don't care about 7 stars. I haven't been trying to finish any solo content. I'm basically on coast, and then get suspended for 7 days. No warning. Didn't do anything wrong. I got stuff expiring, missing daily rewards, and as a key contributor in AQ for my alliance it's not only affecting me, but their AQ rewards, too. Glad I never spent a bunch of money, just spent too much time. 😞

Dude, they suspended you. I don't think they are worried that much about threats of quitting.

He can ban him today without giving any clear reason, and he can ban you the same way tomorrow.

Starting with I was not banned 😅, been playing on and off and been active for past 7 months I would like to understand a few things

1. For people like us who are not banned do we receive any compensation being amongst cheats for such a long time and some being let go with warning? 🤣 or I guess being faithful or fair is taken granted then.

2. If downloading game from any unauthorised source doesn't give any unfair advantage then couldn't a better solution would have been a warning through mail and a deadline for those using - to avoid this chaos

Part of the post is just me wanting free resources (I'm just being honest) and the other part feeling bad for genuine players (if any) who got banned for playing fair(no cheat or hack) but having downloaded the game from non authorised source.
Kabam definitely is right in asking people to download the game from authorised source but if people are being permanently banned then it has to be more than a download issue so it might make sense with different version of ban as different punishments.

Ps:- If cheaters are being punished then fair players can be rewarded too 😜

I got banned, installed only from play store. Used only official game, even though most of You won't believe me and call me a cheater but bare in mind when You'll decide to buy something that there IS a chance that legimate player getting banned and you'll lose the things that You paid for.

On the phone - no
On the PC - yes, work related, not game - it's easier to farm revives on pc for me

Always used play store to install and update the game, official link from kabam for launcher for pc ( same mail i got store code for subscribing).

But what's the point of me explaining that, most of the people here don't trust me that i was 100% legit, and i don't blame them, i wouldn't trust a stranger in the forum probably either. I'm totally bummed.
Happy only that my ally mates know i'm innocent byt i feel sad that they're punished also. They have 29 players now, haven't kicked me out despite me telling them to do it.
They wait because they know me, i'm an officer there. But i'm so let down i don't know what to do after the ban passes. So what i'll be able to log and play. I will use the game from the very same official source i had till and won't know if i'll be banned again.
It totally sucks, i have a cheater/tos violator tag by the most of the forum users.

Not a clue. If the ban just ends without Kabam explaining the source of exaclt my case or admit false positive. I'll stick around until ally finds a replacement and probably quit playing. Because there is nothing I can do differently and I have no idea when I get strike 2 and 3. I've spent 1k+ $ through all this years but I won't give them any cent now.
