I want to see more access to T1 Alpha, T2 Alpha, T4 Basic and T4CC. It looks like only our access to T4CC increased as a result of this.
T1 and T2 Alpha both decreased. I believe T4 Basic stayed the same.

With the weekend over, could you give us an update regarding the missing Twitch drop, in my case it was the Rank Up gem 1-2.
Will it be sent out to those that were given incorrect drop or do we have to submit ticket to support?

Feel like the overall participation in BG have drop for the last few seasons now. Based on how many players are in GC.
I would say it is an accumulation of factors.
Not too sure how Kabam going about of fixing BG, but can't see dex size 40 being the solution.

If you havenβt done anything else to them, or used them, they most definitely they can reverse the wrong Rank-Up Gem usage.
But even if you've Leveled up and used them after, because it is just a request to CHANGE WHICH Gem it is that was used, I think they may (maybe) even do that for you (since it's still the same champ, just different Gem, unlike cases where it was the wrong champ but used that champ before asking for reversal).
Missing Empowered Grace Crystal after claiming milestone reward
After completing the Classic exploration milestone and claiming the rewards, the crystal that should appear in the crystal tab does not show up.
Steps to Reproduce:
Complete the Classic exploration milestone in the event.
Claim the milestone rewards (the one that includes the Empowered Grace Crystal).
Go to the Crystals tab in the crystal vault.
The Empowered Grace Crystal does not appear even though the reward was claimed.
Expected Result:
The Empowered Grace Crystal should appear in the crystal vault after claiming the milestone reward.
Actual Result:
The crystal does not appear in the crystal inventory.
Additional Information:
Screenshots attached showing the claimed milestone and the crystal tab where it should appear.
