Dont worry you will earn a million more of it before its actually replaced. This entire essentia thing is embarrassing. They will sell you all the odins you want but spending currency we already have earned would create an unfair advantage LOLOLOL, you really cannot make this up.

They wont even tell us how much essentia we will be earning in events. @Kabam (Osaurus) Rex Why cannot that be communicated? If the team doesnt know yet, we have an even bigger mess. Can anything be communicated this is the time to tell us, coming out with an apology post isnt communicating or improving communicating at all.

The Carina’s Challenges that involve the regular Grandmaster’s Gauntlet are the ones that include an objective to defeat Nick Fury first. That’s because the Grandmaster’s Gauntlet has those optional exit portals that let you skip to the boss every 5 fights, so requiring you defeat Nick Fury ensures that you actually do the whole quest instead of taking those shortcuts to Thanos and skipping a majority of the fights.

The Ordeal version does not have those exit portals, just the one path through all 20 fights into Thanos, so there’s no need for the “defeat Nick Fury” objective; you can’t skip any of the fights in the first place.
