Re: My friend got unbanned, what is the next, what about impacted alliances
True, it affects people that both were and weren't banned. My alliance was pushing p1 and they were almost there but since I got suspended, I had to get kicked and lose out on a ton of rewards because they needed attack bonuses. I lost out on raid rewards and aw rewards, just to find out that I was a false positive. It kinda sucks.

Re: ATTN KABAM: I have evidence to help with people were wrongly targeted by the recent ban wave
I'm not the one that had to edit my comment for refusing to spend 10 seconds to read what the thread was about. Of course you have to include an insult in your response, truly an outstanding member of the fourms.Did you read my edit?Did you even read the post? The literal second paragraph says he used the same two devices to play both his accounts and the subsequent paragraphs use the word devices. Instead of trying to be a smart guy you should take the time to actually read what the post says. They are Valiant accounts. Respectfully, I will decline answering the countries played from and phones used because those are questions Kabam sometimes asks to prove account ownership. I will say that I have used both phones for months with no problems. I have also played in the same location for years. Thank you for your posts.Edited I made a mistake.
Anyway nobody wants your suspended account.
You should follow your own advice, you might look less stupid than the people you are trying to give advice to...
Re: Suspension for no reason!
Commenting on this thread to confirm that OP's ban was lifted today after Kabam's acknowledgment of an error.
Despite how fun it is to watch cheaters get called out in the forums, I think it's good to get the occasional reminder to be civil and not blindly assume every one of these posts is a liar.
Seeing stuff like this happen really does make me question how much to spend on the game. I'd be pretty upset to have an erroneous ban, a generically unhelpful support ticket response, and the online community antagonizing me while I was trying to get it resolved or at least some commiseration. Sure I don't cheat so it shouldn't happen, but we've literally all witnessed it happen first hand this weekend.

Re: How many of you got your ban removed?
Guys do I need to submit ticket to get ban removed? If you done nothing wrong, you should send a ticket to customer service to get them to investigate your case urgently
I didn't submit ticket cause they were replying same to everyone
My friend got unbanned, what is the next, what about impacted alliances
I'm really happy for him, he took too much for the last a few days because not everyone trusted him as I did. For those people mocked me, mocked other players got banned on the forum, shame on you.
I think the lesson you guys should learn is, Kabam make mistakes, it is totally OK because everyone makes mistakes,
but Kabam indeed did a couple of things wrong: the first is they shouldn't have put this online on Friday, releasing new thing on Friday is always a horrible idea, this is the fact for any product; the second thing is like always, this system should have been tested better.
You know what is the consequence of this? My alliance's plan was trying to push for master this season and we got 3 wins in the first week. Even we don't like the new AW format, we still prepared. Now everything is going up in flames, we already gave up.
We are a top20 AQ/AR alliance too, now we will lose that for a few weeks too, even more, one of my alliance member is too frustrated about the mess, he decided to leave the game even he is not banned.
Btw, I also have my own MCOC social media and have roughly about 10K subscribers, I just published a post and suggest those Android players to not pay for the next few months, I don't know if I can impact anyone but it's what I would do myself if I use Android, because I don't know if this big-beautiful system can be fixed or not.
Again, any successful game has cheaters and they will be there all the time no matter what you do, you can do you best to catch those cheaters , but the baseline is not hurting innocent people.

Re: Some clarification on the recent ban wave
Good to hear that some people are starting to get back in. I submitted a support ticket 10 hours ago but have not yet gotten a response (not even the standard form response others have been getting) and am still unable to log into the game. Hopefully they're going through the list and will have all the false bans reversed soon enough...Where did you hear that?
Re: Some clarification on the recent ban wave
At least some of us, stick by our members
kudos to those who kick players out of alliance when they were wrongly banned for 7 days
(edit : sarcasm, in case you missed it)

Re: Some clarification on the recent ban wave
If I am able to login now, does this mean I was incorrectly banned?

Re: Ok, what am I doing wrong with Purgatory…
Thank me later. There are some videos already on how strong DOT boost is.Will have to try that next time. For now, it’s easy enough to get to sp3, complete the prompt and fire. Repeat a couple of times and doneI guess you haven't tried DOT boost yet. Try it before they nerf that one as well or remove her entirely.Prowess ender works great still. Just throw the sp3 right after you complete a prompt.First time I have used her in raids. SP3 does the 4% damage….sometimes. I am in rampage, got the prowess boost. But other times in rampage I am doing no damage to Sasquatch with the SP3. Commence the laughing and mocking but in between that… what am I missing?Forget the Prowess ender boost, since it was fixed as it was incorrectly amplifying the special damage. It's DOT boost you must pick. You also need to disable the protection before you throw the SP3.
