They said 2 reworks and 4 first-time 7 stars. The expectation (based on Jane and the entire presentation of the event) is that it will be 2 new surprise reworks. If they're planning to make the second rework X-23, then she should have been revealed first to set the bar to squash any potential negative result.
Since that didn't happen that's why i don't think it's X-23 or Rhino in the box. When they're already so far in the hole I don't think they'd create an opportunity to dig themselves deeper

This guy’s entire schtick is rage-bait central_ slurs, curses, and meltdowns available on tap. There’s zero entertainment without the toxicity. I skip his streams completely; it’s just ear pollution. Nick’s streams are the opposite: clean, informative, and actually safe for your sanity.

And about the modders….You grind BGs for hours, and then some clown with his little ‘skill.apk’ waltzes in and deletes your points in 2 min. Sure, maybe he’ll get banned eventually, but that does absolutely nothing for the legit players who already got screwed over.
