See the real power move would be for each fight to randomly be the dex bot or the light intercept bot. So you never know what to expect.

If you had the opportunity as an artist or comic writer to create your own special marvel characters, would you not take that opportunity? Good or bad? Theres your answer. Get over it.

It definitely had some positives, but it only came into existence because they were afraid of themselves. They wanted an easy out in case they made another Hercules or Magneto buff. The real good that came out of it is they ultimately got better at making balanced champions (for the most part), which could've happened without the program.

Was hoping something would change with the weekly turnover but still the same with just the regal track. Any official response appreciated.

Honestly I can see Speedball having two different modes/forms based on both his classic power and the one he got after Civil War, and retained: while the first one grants him a high damage reduction, the second one is for high damage, and could maybe interact with adrenaline.

Anyway, I don't know how they choose the characters. Obviously they have some kind of communication with Marvel (I guess Marvel Studios, but I could be wrong) for certain champions to tie-in with movie releases, but I don't know if there are characters that they cannot use, aside from expired licensed characters (see ROM, Bug...).
