This is really messing up people who are waiting on Regal Ravagers.

My last purchase will be the 3-4 gem and selector to get a gifted guardian. I don’t want to buy that until I spin out these crystals. I’m down to 72 hours on that, though…

65 here. What an absolute joke of a company. 6 plus months of depriving myself of my earned rewards down the drain. I’m livid

How are they going to fix this? Not the missing champs, how are they going to make it right to the people who opened the crystals already? I opened 9 and I feel cheated.

you can also get 0. I would take a guaranteed selector over 10 crystals any day

If this had been part of a sale, or gave more stuff than described, they would shut down the server and start clawing back everything they are able to claw back.

Crystals are the bread and butter of this game and they are becoming careless with it. The scale of this mistake is not even close to the Zola one. They found some BS cope.out on the Zola Titan crystal issue, not sure what they will be able to do with this situation.

Bottom line is you would think after this horrible year and a big sale, they would actually start caring a bit more, not continue making silly avoidable mistakes.

Small consolation for those who have to wait — though the compensation will come — but it is updated now. The reel didn’t show it but I pulled one of the added characters.

I don’t know why a single person wouldn’t understand my frustration. The dedication it took to not open a single Crystal for over half a year is extremely significant. That is a LONG ASS TIME. And all of it was flushed away for nothing over five minutes because this company, time and time and time again can’t properly push out updates. You truly have to be a shill or a troll to defend kabam and dismiss my frustration.
