They dumb down old content to progress players as quickly as possible. Deathless champs aren't a progression nor are they necessary for progression. They have already made three changes this year to make them more accessible for less units or to give more value for the units. They're clearly in no rush, and they don't have to be.

New players don't need an advantage at all, let alone a significant one. If you want the pieces, you pay the price required for them. If you don't want to pay, then you live without them.

That is why I'm closing my wallet for the banquet. Will spend whatever units I've saved but no cash. Guess I should b grateful cause kabam just saved me a lot of money yet again 😀

He's good enough to be in Beroman's deck, and he has like 40+ R4s to choose from.
Anyway, we are all entitled to like the champs we like and avoid the champs we don't.
Even though I have a love/hate relationship with Tigra, for example, I recognize that other players are way better at using her than me, so even though she's pretty mediocre for me, I'm not going to deny that she's elite for other players.

Yeah that seems to be the case and quite frankly looks unprofessional as the forums had over 50 different threads on the matter. Not a single response makes me feel uncertain when it comes to trust now.
This is also going to backfire on them as now everyone is going to take advantage of future exploits, since people who read Mike's discord ping and chose not to take advantage are being punished by missing out on game breaking level rewards.
