The reasoning is essentially you have stated in your post. Battlecast too complex, the resources to design them are similar to designing champ, however Relic does not generate the financial income like champions does, which was what Kabam was hoping for.

Statcasts are simply a "simple" solution for what Kabam have got them into, where the game eco required players to have relic, Battlecast was too resources intensive, so Kabam released a bunch of Statcasts (an overwhelming amount in a short time), just to fullfill the need to relic (essentially way to shut the players up).

I don't think batch 3 Statcast release will be awhile yet.

As for Battlecast, I would imagine it is will far a few, maybe 1 every year or two, but they will most likely just link to 1 champ.

If you aren´t able to get and ascend a decent counter as a 6 stars in two weeks, Coliseum isn´t for you.

With the energy refill that you get every day from SDE and the normal energy you can do 5-6 attemps for free every day.

Again, instead of complain fully ascend a 6* and you will see that without skill you can do 2 or 3 bars.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with the racist. Claire's damage isn't very good and her buff immunity is worse than Nico's. She could be a good early game seven star though.

Oh, and let's not forget how the AI can 5 hit combo into 5 hit combo with no pause in between.

Yet we have to wait 5 business days to re combo.
