In addition to new champions I chased dupe for my Jack. I did not get this dupe within my saved 35 crystals.
I opened these crystals after they fixed problem, so I will not get any compensation.

The fact that another person who was "lucky" to be at right place at right time, who is also chasing some dupe for champion existed in the pool before, will get additional and the same amount of attempts to get such dupe just makes me very sad and depressed.

I was also saving, I was also working hard to get huge amount of crystals till this pool update. And I got nothing except dissappointment.

Screw you Kabam. Screw you.

You're misunderstanding how the RER Shards operate.

Any 7-Star Dupe = RER Shards
Max Sig Titan Dupe = RER Shards + More RER Shards

This compensation is very unfair and very broken, the window was too small and all those thta were working or asleep etc or just busy with family life, lose out and this makes a mockery of balance and fairness in the game. I like many had loads saved but was working and dealing with family so was unable to open. Once again the Rich seem to get richer, and all those that don't really need the stuff now gain 100s of extra sigs and shards to make BG's etc even more unbalanced. Really not sure how the game team came up with this comp package decision to basically punish all those that put so much time into the game and are now left with a feeling of being extremely hard done by with which in essence is an extremely ridiculous and overly generous comp package.

The fact that there were tens of threads on the forums and no a single response from Kabam community managers is crazy. I think, with such conditions and all “attention” to the community questions these community managers should be just fired.

Not a single word, not a single explanation, nothing. Karatemike decided that lucky players will double up their fortune and everyone at Kabam is OK with that.

I am so happy this hypocrisy was shown before cyber weekend deals finished. I wanted to wait until I open my 35 crystals before buying a few odins, to better know if I need awakening gems or sig stones.

In the result I did not spend $200, instead I bought myself PS VR2. Thanks Kabam for great work with bugs and community complains and thank you for helping me making proper choice!

I am disappointed in you maybe the most since I started playing this game in 2016.
