BGS are not enjoyable
I’ve been playing MCoC for years now and have always appreciated how Battlegrounds gave both F2P and spending players a fair competitive space. But the current GC meta has completely ruined that balance, especially for F2P players like me.
This re-parry + stun-based meta demands that you:
Stun the opponent (which now depends on re-parry),
Time everything perfectly,
And worst of all, rely on the AI to cooperate.
Problem? The AI rarely does.
Re-parrying is clunky, unreliable, and doesn’t work consistently on all champs.
Dexing too much causes regen because you’re waiting for them to throw specials.
Passive AI becomes even worse when my deck is filled with Rank 3 champs and I face whale accounts full of Rank 4 champs. It’s just not a fair fight anymore.
Even with perfect inputs and strategy, I lose because the AI simply won’t throw specials, or I get punished trying to bait. This isn't fun. It’s not competitive. It’s stressful. BGs used to be a fun escape — now it just feels like work I don’t get paid for.
KABAM: If the AI isn’t controllable or fair, please don’t make metas that are AI-reliant. Give us metas that reward skill and roster diversity — not meta-specific champs and deck power inflation.
Until then, I’ll either stick to Victory Track or take a break entirely. This isn't the experience long-time F2P players deserve.

Went with PURE invis woman focus, her evades, shields, specials, dash, heals plus MrF teamwork evades.
No crits, no attack delays, no armour, no bread, no water, just SHIELD!!! (and evades)
Not a single time I have died in story mode and 1 shatter mode I did.

Also, Nova doesn't have to be the mutants name. It could be something they do...
Firestar would be a very appropriate kind of champ for the game; with links to the X-Men, Avengers, New Mutants, and New Warriors (Nova & Night Thrasher).

Solvarch is a sun eater and absorbs suns and other sources of energy,Firestar can be a option since we could be trying to save her while trying to talk down Solvarch at the same time

I'll be honest, this meta's demands are too much for me, I'm not good enough, but you can't argue it doesn't reward skill. You have to know the heavy spacing for every champion to reliably knock them down, you have to know the optimized dex timing to avoid specials without triggering the regen. It's one of the most skill-intensive metas we have had in a long time (by design of course, given the Brawl qualifiers).
Nightmare Raid - Missing Role Force Charges
Was fighting Mangog until he got 10 charges and went into enraged. Block a hit and got staggered.
After that, I no longer seem to do additional damage with the Force Charges, not sure if the Force Charges were staggered, resulting in no new Force Charges being gained even after completing missions.
