Because he isn’t as bad as people think, simple as that. A champ will always be relevant as long as they have content they can shine in. Karnak may not be a go to Battlegrounds or war attacker, but he has the damage to hold his own.

Because the game has evolved and max health regeneration is harder to balance and in a lot of instances makes defender attack rating higher to compensate.

Functionally there's no difference between being at 100% health or 50% health, regen is to keep you alive not keep you permanently topped off. I agree x23 probably got too much of her regen taken away but missing health regen just makes more sense from a gameplay perspective since a character being able to heal to full constantly would require defenders to hit harder to

on one hand a player seeing Karnak as bad luck, on the other hand another player sought to pull Karnak and pull all resources on him immediately.

Said it in another thread but these rewards are super outdated. They scream generic 2016 rewards. As if we're still ranking 4 stars grinding arena only.
