If you’re talking about 7* crystals, it was bugged for 50 minutes so if you opened later, Kabam didn’t send compensation.

Lazy design philosophy and once again completely removes our ability to use synergies. If this is what Kabam is "cooking" behind the scenes, this game is all but dead. They should scrap the entire concept and never mention it again. What a joke.

Did not get the Awakening Shards reward after reaching the 12 hours milestone on Twitch

I completed the 12 hours streaming milestone and claimed the rewards. I got the final PRG selector but did not get the final 7S Awakening Gem Shards. I restarted Twitch but could not claim it again. Also restarted MCOC twice but it did not populate.

I would say this is just as bad as grinding arena, but in arena - the fights are easy. In this, one mistake after a few health bars and you are toast. Also, one lag and you’re toast (which has happened to me several times). This is worse as it currently is.
