They plan is still, to some degree, incentivizing players to progress. If you can't do something, then you have motivation to fix your problem with the guaranteed solution. They're not going to prioritize Paragon players in their effort to remain relevant, especially when the solution to this problem that you have already exists.

It might be more effective for you to ask for tips on becoming valiant. Maybe consider making a post about the content you're stuck on and what your roster looks like. Kabam wants to incentivize progression, it's unlikely they would change something like this anytime soon.

True, but he tranquilizes on parry so you don't need to hit them first. He isn't great against DOT though, the tranquilize is 35% againt non-damaging debuffs and only 10% on damaging debuffs.
