He gets like three meager bursts of damage tops against Juggernaut (one every time he throws a special), and it was never claimed that the shown r2 Joaquin could do a sub 40 RoL fight so you are arguing with a strawman here. Just took this ROL fight with him at r2. Damage is actually pretty solid, seems like people are just exaggerating how bad his damage is due to what he was like prior to the buff

Not even mid, because there's literally no reason to use him over any of the other meta tech champs. If you have Deathless Vision, chances are you'll probably have someone like Bastion, Guardian, Prowler, Fantman, Nimrod, Jack, or anyone else that you can use over him. There's literally no reason to rank him up unless you absolutely love him

So you're saying the fact that his ramp for good damage went from sp2-sp1 down to barely sp2 is not enough even though an sp2 sp1 rotation now kills basically any same rank defender? Jeez then Onslaught, FAM, Spider Woman all ass too right? Mid damage it takes too long they should be able to nuke in a single sp2 like Hulkling cause sp1 sp2 for same rank fights is too slow. This is just lazy on Kabam's part, having to wait six months for a few number tweaks that barely make any difference is actually insane. At least Deathless Vision is a little smoother to play, but this Falcon's "buff" is just ridiculous

I understand, but that doesn't change the fact that a r2 takes a 550k hp in 50 secs which means the damage output itself isn't bad. Time doesn't lie.
