So you're just ignoring the reasons for it taking such a long time and saying after so long it doesnt matter. Yes, the game has moved beyond 5 stars but magik is a hugely popular character who has only gotten more popular in the last few years because of marvel rivals, leaving her locked as this 5 star character that they never talk about makes no sense and I stand by the fact that appealing to people that would whine when a 5 star they never use gets changed is not a good thing and they shouldn't do it

A lot of this really doesn’t make any sense. How many people get that invested during their first week? Hunting down web store freebies, a roster of champs they’re happy with, searching and posting on discussion forums.

It feels to me the OP is a lot more familiar with how this all works than someone would normally be who only downloaded and started playing a week ago.
