Re: Problem about Heimdall in 9.3.1
"Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime"...
Is that polite and decent enough?
Electro Buff Concept
Signature Ability:
When a personal shock fails due to immunity, inflict a burst of energy damage for 50-100% the amount the effect would have done over the course of its duration.
For each severe debuff on the opponent electro gains 100-400 energy penetration.
Electro is granted Rank 3 of the petrify mastery
Passive:
All of Electro’s attacks deal energy damage and Electro takes no damage from Shock effects. Each Shock on Electro grants +20% Static Shock damage.
Incoming Shock effects gain +75% Ability Accuracy and Duration.
Anytime Electro is inflicted with shock he is healed for 1% of his base health.
Electro has +3500 energy res but -170 physical res
When attacked:
Opponents that make contact with Electro receive a Static Shock for 11% of electro’s attack. This scales with base attack only.
When triggering static shock on a well-timed block, the base potency of this ability increases 40% flat (for that instance only).
While suffering from disorient, Electro cannot inflict static shock effects
Personal shocks- Max 20:
All of electros personal shocks are severe and critical dealing 20% of electro’s base attack multiplied by his critical damage rating over 30 seconds.
For each shock on the opponent, Electro gains 100 critical damage rating.
Against Mystic champions Electro instead inflicts severe plasmas copying the shocks’ behaviors.
Severe Debuffs:
All of electro’s severe debuffs reduce enemy regeneration rate by 5% and ability power rate by 7%. (This does not replace despair if active)
Whenever electro makes contact with the opponent or would inflict a shock all severe debuffs pause for 1.2 seconds.
Heavy Attacks:
Electro’s heavy attack inflicts 1 personal shock and 1 severe 30% suppression debuff (max 2) for 20 seconds.
Special Attack 1:
Electro inflicts 3 personal shocks
Special Attack 2:
Electro refreshes all personal shocks on the opponent and inflicts a 4 second stun debuff.
While this stun is active Electro’s attacks grant no power to the opponent and each hit inflicts Electro’s static shock multiplied by his critical damage rating per shock on the opponent.
Special Attack 3:
This attack gains 30% increased attack rating for each shock on the opponent and additional attack bonuses based on his critical rating and damage (increase attack in percent by the critical damage percent + critical rate percent).
This attack refreshes all personal shocks on the opponent.
The first time this attack is used in a fight, Electro increases the shock max to 25. Subsequent uses increase shock potency by 10% (up to 40%)

Thanks Kabam 🥳
has anyone notice a pattern here?
Bugs and glitches happen i get that. Masteries still has not been fixed after all these years. According to last year quarter kabam lost money on this game as players stop playing or retired. For this reason again the trend points to spend money to play.
Do you see this? or is there something i forgot here?
Re: Hercules as a 7 star...when?
Hercules isn't op because of his damage, its because of his immortality
Re: Hercules as a 7 star...when?
Herc can’t be a 7* but Cull obsidian can, who does twice the damage as Herc when he’s ramped up lol, kabam logic, also Okoye is just as strong as Kate bishop and she’s a 7* but Kate isn’t so yeah their logic isn’t how strong the champ is why they won’t release the 7*, it’s just them milking it for the future to get all the whales spending
Re: Stark spider man bug
you just need to wait slightly to hit it if you rush in you will whiff, same thing with punishing she-hulk SP1.
Re: Disable „new“ after fight screen
I came to the forums for this exact reason. The option to Disable Beta Features was missing after the recent update. I hope these after match stats aren't permanent.
Re: Rant: The problem with “BG brainrot” and How it Has Distorted Champion Evaluation in MCOC
I want to bring up a counterpoint. If you complain about “bgs brain rot” and how people value champs effectiveness. You also need to criticize those who over inflate a champ’s value since it’s too far in the other direction. The issue is people who use the term “bgs brain rot” are usually always guilty of over inflating a champs value. If you want an example just look at all the videos that popped up when stellar forged star lord was available.
