Stop making sense, this are people who most likely are saying "Oh you whale what a loser, that cost you money". Units, purchases, events. It was a bunch of content people went thru. The 5k units per piece was meant for the people who missed a piece or 2, not for people to get all 5 deathless champs from scratch.

If people would ask for a repeat to be able to acquire by doing content pretty sure people wouldn't mind, but nope people are asking for a discount on something "old" that they wanted for a long time. If you still want it, its not old, outdated or depreciated in value because you still want it as much as you did on day 1.

This is my opinion on some things. You don't have to agree or disagree, just keep comments civil.

People spent hundreds or thousands of dollars on events like Banquet to get specific champs. Now some of those champs are in the 7 star or Titan crystals. I get that if someone spent, say $500 in that event, to make sure they got Future Ant-Man (example and I am one of the many who spent) and then someone else pulls him for free from a 7 star crystal months or a year later, they wouldn't be happy about it but it was their choice to get him then and not wait for him to be in a crystal.

I spend when I can't grind or complete certain content. But 5000 for a single piece is too high. You also have to take into consideration that there are thousands of new players who joined this game AFTER the Deathless chase that are huge grinders that were never given a chance to grind it out for them.

Lastly, the value of them should be lower than what it used to be when they first made them available. Remember when Tier 4 Basic would cost hundreds of units? Now you can do a daily on auto-run and get them for free. The cost should have been higher when everyone was fighting to get them and be the first few to have them in battlegrounds, war etc. Now so many people have them, they aren't as valuable.

What kind of question is this? Yes, people who are ready to acquire 8 stars will get those catalysts, but same way we have max T2As in overflow, when that time comes, T3As will also be in overflow for most people. We'd also get tons of those new catalysts in story mode and whatever upgrades they eventually do in BGs, stores, and other new game modes they introduce. Instead we're left with whatever RNG mess ascension is.

Juggling those hypothetical catalysts for 8 stars at least give us a choice to rank up whatever 8 stars we would have.

U do know if 8-star even or ever join (with I hope will not cause 8-stars don't exist for a reason in any Marvel game) Battlerealm. There will introduce 3 new Basic Catalyst, 2 new Aphla catalyst and probably (if someome suggest) a new type of catalyst such as Gamma, Beta or even Omage catalyst.

Are u willing to deal with all those catalysts chase thens this new ascension which only requires two new addition resources to ascended 🤷?

The objective wasn't to buff her, it was to give her a rework that still made her appealing and viable, without being game-breaking. I have yet to test, but it seems promising.

Well buddy this rework Magik is what we got their is nothing to complain now, also this rework is much more accurate to her comic book version so it kinda is actually Magik.

Kabam should definitely send compensation to those who got screwed by this.

You can't give 10 players 8 paths then not give the guys that waited as backup nothing. That's messed up.

Were abs and kingpin available for free for EVERYONE to get? What content was required to get those two for free? It took 1.2 years to get access to final Dhanos, that again required 6 necropolis carina challanges.

5k unit is a steep price to pay, but thats the price to pay for champs which were available for free and doing content continuesly for a year plus.

Just trying to follow the logic here. Hopefully that makes sense. If not, I’m happy to dumb it down for you :)
