I don’t think Kabam will change their mind for now, most probably Kabam will monitor the situation and change something many months from now

I understand the concerns people have, but (a) II think it's far too soon to tell, and (b) I've been around long enough to find this level of concern extremely reminiscent of the concerns people had when seven-stars came out. And when six stars came out. And which will probably happen again, when eight-stars come out...😉

Let's also remember that Kabam can, and may, alter the timeline on F2P access to Ascension materials at their discretion; is they think that's going too fast, or too.

However, this game needs to be profitable, or it will die. Whether they want to admit it or not, what the F2P player population needs is that people who spend get just enough advantage for their money to want to spend it; but not so much advantage that spending = total domination.

Looking at Ascension right now:

On the one hand, we have a bunch of people saying 'Aaaash! Whales get too much advantage, we'll all be annihilated by the spenders'.

On the other hand, many of the same people are now also saying 'Oh, actually, Ascension is insanely expensive, and really isn't all that great when you get it'.

So, you need to spend a shed-load of money to make quite a modest improvement?

If that's correct, then isn't it actually balanced about right?

Yours doesn't make sense cause you barely play the game. No one cares if someone is going to ascend a 7* R1....

I think the method in which they’re implementing both the base pool and super duper box seems good just based off the information we have. We’ll have to wait and see how the launch of both goes and how people feel about it for the coming months to know for sure. But there is no doubt that the acquisition method, or current lack of, attaining new champions after the featured valiant goes away is not going to work well.
