Event Quest

This is going to be ANOTHER season of Event Quests I will not be able to play and enjoy. I am in a high placement because of a technicality of owned characters, not because of my skill. Because of this, I cannot play the Event Quest. I am not skilled enough. My players are not strong enough.
The Event Quests introduce new characters and continue growing the story of the Battlerealm. I hope it’s understood how disappointing and frustrating it is to be locked out of one of my FAVORITE parts of Contest Of Champions. Thank you for denying me access to exploring character storylines and exploring the story of the Battlerealm

So close to completely dropping the game after playing daily for six years.

Well, I bet I can guess who is putting the thumbs down on every comment in this thread with only one guess.

Also, this is so bad. If this doesn’t prove that there is little to no quality testing, I don’t know what does.
Hopefully that money they’re hoping to make with Ascension

That's not how things operate.

However they operate, it's not working out.

It's one thing for small bugs to passthrough. But the way this EQ is bugged can easily be spotted in surface level quality check. Someone from their team just had to open the EQ and they would've seen the problem. They aren't even doing that now.

Thank you so much @ahmynuts ! Amazing how one can miss this.

For those who gave dislikes (4 people) you may understand, but try to understand your fellow community member who may have forgotten and was a having a misunderstanding. There are enough people who give rants and I get those are not helpful, but not being mindful of your fellow community members is terrible. When someone asks a question don't scoff or be rude, instead be helpful.

Amazing how many people are upset at things Kabam does, but doesn't take a moment to inventory of how they treat fellow community members.

Who do y'all suggest for the mystic/Mutant path?

points started to trickle in from members around an hour after event ended. Was not all at once, maybe by now they might all be there.

So, YES, your ALLY Event is still getting credited with the points, even though it is listed as Expired.

The events Icon indicating there are available Milestones to claim may not be showing from home pages, but you can go directly to the Expired Event and claim remaining Milestones, or (as said) go to your STASH and they should be there.

(I commented in another thread that this was available earlier, as I started to see more points coming in).

Lizard/Pav Ascension

Apologies if this has been answered elsewhere, but should we have the ascension tokens for these two characters now that its gone live? I got Pav from the Plat Track and I've pulled 3 copies of Lizard but I couldn't find any information on when to expect the mats for the rank up other than its after 7* ascension goes live.

That's not how things operate. For one thing, there are totally different people doing those jobs. Stopping production isn't going to free up resources to fix issues. Also, the game is a live, moving creation. One of the factors that goes into detecting, testing, and resolving issues IS the live game.

I appreciate the logic in it, and I respect the feedback on having bugs, but that won't help anything.

Option to hide champion border icons for a cleaner UI

Hello Kabam team,

I would like to suggest adding an option to hide the icons displayed on the borders of champions.

Currently, a large number of indicators can appear on top of each champion, such as:

Saga icon
Relic icon
In Quest icon
Alliance War icon
Alliance Quest icon
Ascendable icon
Ascension Ready icon
Ascension level badge icon
Maxed Out icon
Rank Up icon

While these indicators can be useful, having all of them visible at the same time can make the champion tiles feel visually crowded.

Over time, more and more icons have been added, and they now cover a large portion of the champion borders. In some cases it becomes difficult to clearly see the actual border design of the champion.

Since most of this information is also available on the champion’s information screen, it might be helpful to give players the option to hide these icons by default if they prefer a cleaner interface.

A simple toggle in the settings menu could allow players to hide all champion border icons or show them only when needed. But also allowing players to choose which categories of icons they want visible.

This could help reduce visual clutter while still keeping the information accessible for players who want it.
