X-23 pursuit is terrible against non skill cause it’s too short so I would avoid using her at all costs. As for Falcon I think he can’t do Nightcrawler and he’ll be very slow for the others so I wouldn’t recommend using him either. If you don’t have a Nick then Okoye is second best option hands down the only bad thing is that Pig fight will be very very long.

If we're not talking about bgs then I think at most he maybe needs like a very weak power drain over a few seconds on the sp2 to not stop his damage happening then. Outside of bgs he's a really fun and solid questing champion, and while you can say that giving him extra stuff would make him usable against other mutants, hes just not designed as a counter to those champions.

Imjust saying if you're not intending to make him s bgs champion then he's probably fine as he is as a ramping quest champion
