the title of your post is wrong. You were banned for some reason (and that reason is 99.x% accurate). unforuntately here in the forums you are guilty until proven otherwise due to that accuracy rate. Good luck with your FTC complaint - maybe that will help ban more mercs and mods- and if you are already thinking of hiring a lawyer this fast, it is my guess you are banned because you hired a merc.
