I get that, and we both know you're right. I was just saying that I had some sympathy. It's a bit of a rare currency these days in some places.
Greater Empowered Nexus crystals may be the only thing that changes my mind (a bit) about 7* Ascension - at least we'd get a bit of choice in which champions we go for.

There's definitely still some adjustments to make. I plan to buy as many raid tickets with loyalty for as long as I can. Really don't want to have to spend more than I currently am to do the same content with no changes to said content in sight.

Nah. Even if it was 8 stars I don't see why it has to be locked to featured crystals for so long. Why not drop some Ascension materials for Titan dupes?

so, if you spend 1000 artifacts, that's 1 raid ticket. but if you convert 1000 artifacts to essentia, you can buy 2 tickets with that. so it's better to convert to essentia to buy raid tickets
with loyalty, you can spend 2000 to buy 1 raid ticket, or 10000 to buy 5. if you convert to essentia, you get 100 essentia with 10000 loyalty. which is approximately 3 raid tickets (they would cost 105 essentia). so loyalty seems like the better option. if you calculate it for 180 tickets, that's 360,000 loyalty. but if you wanted 6300 essentia to buy the same 180 tickets, then you would need to convert 630,000 loyalty? is that right? seems way high like I made a mistake somewhere.
either way 6300 essentia seems incredibly overpriced for a raid considering what you can buy for that amount, as opposed to likely getting like random t6c in a raid. especially for lower level alliances that won't place high enough to get a meaningful amount of radiance.

Useful is not the same as ' want to sink a massive load of hard earned resources into a particular champ just because the game is telling me to' though.
I really dislike the multiple layers of RNG with Ascension. It's not just a single roll of the dice, it's like an accumulator in betting.
