This is a heartfelt message coming from a player who has been playing this game since Dec 10th 2014. You ask me how I remember the date so accurately? because it was a teenager getting introduced to marvel characters after binge watching Iron Man, Cap, Wolverine and deciding to play like them and experience the joy and honestly I was blown how good this game was in its earliest stages and I was addicted to it. I out in so much time and then money later on as I grew bringing my account its peak getting into celestial etc.
But now it is all falling apart and I'm pretty sure the whole community knows the reasons but the nail in the coffin for me started yesterday, when I decided to push in bgs over the weekend and started matching players only to lose all my winnable matches due to connection error. To make sure it is not me I changed to cellular data and the issue still persisted. So I left the game for that time and came back today as I had to complete my war path as well.
I cautiously started my game on cellular data giving benefit of doubt to kabab but to my surprise it didn't work and to add salt to the wound it disconnected me after I won an easy matchup thus losing a bonus point. The I was suggested to reinstall the game, which I did and then the game worked fine. After few hours I decided to push again in bgs to recover my lost points. again lost a match to disconnect, then changed to cellular data won a match and the very next match(remember I am on cellular data) got another network error and lost the match. Like what is actually going on? Now I have uninstall and reinstall again before every single match???
Every other thing is working fine like FaceTime, apps and websites on my WiFi. I wanted this to be a post rather than bug report because honestly I don't think any one cares even, it's just about the money. I have attached all the proofs/images/videos I was able to gather. (Couldn't attached videos as it is not supported)
And finally with a sad heart I think it is time to bid farewell to this game after this war season. In some ways I'm positive that I will be able to put my money to good use somewhere else which is less stressful and worth more. Thank you for everything Kabam.

They have said (I think somewhere in this thread actually) that they will have a solution for the Incursions crystal soon, alluding to the fact that the entire incursions store won't come back but that the crystal will, so hold tight.

Re: Super Duper Ascension Box Timelines
The box is one of my bigger pain points regarding ascension, mostly because we don't have all the information yet.
We do know that (currently) the plan is for them to not widen the pool. This super duper box is it.
We also know that the idea is to introduce new boxes with different pools as one of the ways to expand the ascended champion roster. This is supposed to help us target champions better as well as not dilute our odds from the super duper, which is supposed to be the guaranteed way* we can obtain a specific champion.
We do know that shards for this super duper will not be transferable. Meaning if you have 10k when the new box rotates in / ges introduced / whatever, you can't put those towards that one. The shards are kind of locked in for that specific super duper.
Among the things we don't yet know are: Will the super duper boxes go through a cycle or will multiple ones be active at the same time? Knowing this will help us plan better.
If they do cycle, how frequently? This is important because otherwise people are just sitting on shards they can't use for a while.
If they don't cycle but will be active at the same time - will we somehow be able to choose which super duper shards our dupes give us? What I think I would like to see here, is our dupes give us a resource which can then be converted or traded in for another resource to buy the super duper. I concede that this is a bit convoluted and actually goes against the stated intent of reducing currencies and resources in game that we have to track, but counter with: This is one of the better ways to actually entice end-game players and whales to open our Titan crystals.
Now, I'm not pressing Kabam for answers on these things immediately. I was when everything was first announced but have since decided to ease up a bit. I'd love some info, but also acknowledge that Kabam may just not yet know and don't want to share the things they're thinking of or considering for several reasons. I accept that.
Re: Synergy Not Working!
Yes, Synergy highlight in team build is not working (when you first build them) and synergies show 0/0. But if you do something with team during then the icons do turn on. Was a post day or 2 ago, and I tested and mentioned what you can do to then see icons on (but I don't want to go find at what I said before).
BUT, are you saying that even inside of fight the Synergies are NOT working ??
Because, when looking at that before, I tested with bringing Heimdall, team build icons were 0/0, but anti-death of Heimdall (for teammates) DID activate when the others were otherwise gonna be KO. So I thought it was just visual bug in the Team Build screen.
