The main issue is that you should use the tags, and not just assume. Another important thing is that there are some villains, such as Corvus, who are obviously villains but don't even have a tag for hero or villain. So while I can kind of see your point about Black Cat being a villain, not checking the tag at all was not smart because many champs don't have a hero or villain tag either way, even if they definitely lean one way

Yeah, you brought it on yourself, there’s an option to filter champs by tag for a reason. And no, a support ticket won’t save you from this buddy, start over.
