Ascension now affecting prestige?

Does ascension now affect prestige for champs? I noticed a couple of 6*R5 champions are ranked higher than a couple of my 7*R3 unduped champs. I went and quickly took my 6* idoom and silver surfer (unascended) to R5 but they didn’t crack the top 30.

Based on the article for ascension it says that “ Ascending a Champion will not impact Prestige of that Champion, however, like Masteries, it will increase their PI.”

Not if you're a casual player. I'm hoping there's such a backlash to this, they fix it and/or give us a lower difficulty just to read the story, or at least tune it down next month. If you have the resources and the time, and don't care about rewards, go for it. If you just wanted to have fun, skip.

Justice for Wolverine

It’s borderline criminal that Wolverine, who is arguably the most popular marvel character ever created (I think SpiderMan would be the only one to challenge him), is practically unplayable in this game. I know this is not a unique request or suggestion, but can we please get this champ’s kit adjusted/fixed/ whatever it takes to get him to be a relevant character we can use on a regular basis?

(Oh, and while you’re at it, please go ahead and fix SpiderMan again, but do it well this time.)

I’ve not even bothered doing classic 140k base rate fights for phc and a super rare chance of a 4 star champ lol when the daily quest I can auto fight and get better rewards I just be chilling. Till I see some actual decent content and some seriously well needed game fixes and server fixes. Phone heat needs addressing 2. I have over 30 r3 7 stars and 6r4 I don’t need lots of work for very little rewards.

Yeah, I don't want to have to open free crystals for energy and end up having revives and potions expire in my stash. Those are saved for when end game content comes out.

the worst monthly storymod in history

Please stop putting the horn mechanic in all game modes, especially if the characters can't restore their health after switching characters. It's not interesting, it's long, it's boring, and it's silly. The rewards aren't worth the stress and time it takes. Bring back the original month-long story without the stinky HORN. Forget about the horn mechanic or allow characters to start battles with full health when switching characters. I won't bother trying to complete it anymore.

been that way since the update. I posted a similar thread and all comments were seeing the same thing. But typical Kabam tis to not respond and we night get it fixed next month…. Maybe.

That bane isn't 1% at all it's more like 15%. Even my r2 7* Iceman lost half his health due to bane. Oh and here's the fun this ain't even Elder difficulty at all. 🤦
