I'm not going to waste my resources on useless six stars that don't even contribute to my prestige just because of trash quest design. I would have to at minimum rank 3 at least 8 six stars of every class to even try and beat Elder difficulty without spending 5 minutes on every fight. In the original Valiant EQ I was doing fights with rank 1 six stars no problem but now it's literally not worth wasting all that time. 0 people care about EQ being easy or outdated, it's not endgame content.

Any reward package for players who completed this month’s absurd EQ?
Because, this EQ isn’t “adaptive,” it’s absurdly overtuned. The defenders feel like Everest-level defenders with health pools and attack values way beyond anything reasonable. Add in punishing, unfun interaction nodes, and it’s less “adaptive” and more “unplayable.”
Each fight is 5+ minutes of slogging, 16 fights per quest, burning through revives and potions— for what? Rewards that are barely on par with what we’ve already seen from the Valiant Gauntlet.
At first, I thought players calling this EQ garbage were exaggerating. Then I played it. Turns out, they were being generous. How did this even pass testing from the same team that claims to “keep player experience in mind”?
And look, I get it — mistakes can happen. Maybe the team thought boosts would make these fights go faster, but in practice that clearly hasn’t worked. Instead, it turned into a frustrating slog. When those mistakes translate into pure pain for the players, it only seems fair to compensate the ones who actually pushed through and finished it.
Now, plenty of players are skipping this EQ altogether. But for those of us who went through it, dealing with Kabam’s mistake and carrying the pain, shouldn’t there be something better than these insult-tier rewards?
If next month’s EQ really is going to be “less miserable,” fine. But that doesn’t erase the disaster this one turned out to be. Players who suffered through it deserve acknowledgment— and better rewards than what we got.

Yes you have a good opinion about prestige. I’m thinking about this and trying to understand why a champion like Idoom who doesn’t have a great utility and power is on the top of prestige. I want to rank up champions with great damage or defense but have low prestige like you mentioned. Also it’s difficult to duplicate the champions that are powerful and have a good prestige like Photon or Bullseye.

Looking at the history, we can clearly see they never test anything. They don't care, they have us to test on live release. Just buy doing very first fight they would have noticed there would a problem. But that would only happened if they test it.
But I am sure all those $ deals, they test them extensively before releasing and must have dedicated team to milk whales.

This is the first thread I’ve started in a while, and I can honestly say:
I still hate this new skin. I don’t know what the hosting company was thinking, but no one who’s spent any time actually participating on message boards could possibly think this abomination is an improvement. And I’ve been on message boards for long enough to have a fidonet address.
It has also eaten three of my replies to this thread alone that I’ve had to repost. And one of them just had half the last sentence melt off the post and fall to the floor and I had to edit it back in. Just shoot me now.
Edit: Incidentally, this was supposed to be a reply to WhisperDark, but it isn’t showing as such except when I try to edit it. Then it shows that to me until I save the edit, and then nope, its not anymore.
Edit2: and now it won’t save. Grr…..
