Cull fs. Galan is overhyped

@iDestroyerZ I will not comment whether it's bugged or not (because I never found a bug) but that video isn't an enough proof that it's bugged. You didn't show your fight start screen so we don't know if your own role charge was active or not. To gain role force, you need at least one role charge of your own.

He does that himself so you don't even need to use a champ that inflicts root, tho that part is BS, it shouldn't be there in raids.

arenas take the fun out of arenas

Galan has a lot more utility honestly and I'd also suggest him. Much more versatile and his source of damage is quite unique, it doesn't depend on many factors and is fairly consistent. Cull is a lot more limited and less versatile.
