Yes. Indefinitely. It's not worth doing if we're locked into one completion level, period. Made the same complaints when they tried this on side quests. Morons.

Previous months would let you finish it after the switchover if you started it and were still in it when the switchover happened. It treated the situation like you were already in one bit of quest content and then tried to start another. It would give you the option of going back into the content you were in previously (in this case, the valiant gauntlet). I did it in the Maker/HE month and finished my last path out after the switch to Cassandra and Solvarch

Don't add them together, I think the elder is including everything. I added everything from the milestones and it was what was displaying in the elder section. In a nutshell, the elder rewards are the total rewards.

If you insist on being and staying ftp, for whatever reason, you were already committing to staying stuck behind paying players. At least those that were putting in even a bit of effort. You choosing not to buy anything doesn't make those who do somehow less deserving of top rewards than you.

Buying stuff doesn't complete the content for you. You still have to fight the fights and slog through the boring stuff.

honestly i think it's gonna sting f2p more. While whales who hv like 15-20+ r4s gonna enjoy it lot more than ppl with less than 10 r4s ( ex: 7 for me) f2p.

Not sure if it killed the desire to put efforts or not but most likely a nail in coffin for f2ps(maybe).

Absolutely.
Very first quest and every defender already has 17k attack and like 500k health, I don't even want to think what the later quests look like.
