That Compensation package is a joke

That is a joke and an absolute slap in the face to any player that's played more than a month. Emergency Maintenance for over 4 hours and account being locked and suspended over something that should have been prevented. Honestly if they were crystals or catalysts that were extra by all means y'all can have it, cause I don't even know what it was. But like the embarrassment of having to see that is a disgrace. Did this not get tested before being released? Like im not asking for much but this blunder is definitely up there with the 12.0 release, the parry/dexterity nerf in terms of really making loyal players upset... I am furious as im sure thousands of other players are... so to see that package is an insult... there are better rewards from clearing act 2... seriously Kabam get your stuff together

Can't pick level, stuck on a too hard level.

If this is the future and I cant pick and play other levels, I done. I will cancel my sigil subscription and find another game.

More than likely being merged because too many people feel an impulsive need to create a new post instead of reply to dozens of existing ones.

Got it here too. Nothing quite like getting punished for getting EQ done early because of bugs Kabam can't manage because they don't test anything.

Fingers crossed that the 30k radiance and 4.5k units come with a bow.

You're about a billion miles over the top here. Yes, this situation absolutely sucks, it never should've happened, and Kabam needs to figure their **** out and stop with all of this garbage.

But your account is only suspended so they can review it and claw back any rewards you shouldn't have gotten. Yes, it is their fault and not your fault, but there's nothing unlawful here, though you're welcome to go get laughed at by some lawyers if you want.

We will be getting extra compensation for the additional time locked out. However, it's just a double of the same crappy compensation they're giving everyone. So yeah, everything sucks.

Sound off if your account was suspended today in order for Kabam to claw back rewards, and especially when your suspension ends so the rest of us can get an idea of how long it takes

Mike just posted we’ll be getting double revive/potions/various comp minus 10k summoner fest points but that doesn’t help me win one more BG match for Gladiator circuit rewards. Got six days to replay The Witcher 3 I guess. I’ll romance Triss this time.
