Okay, but what about the fact that Kabam mislabeled their item? That can happen to anyone. And just to clarify, I’m in debt because of purchases that I didn’t agree to. I’ve always been and still am free-to-play, which is why I requested a refund. I was also fine playing with negative units since it never really affected my gameplay, but now this situation does.If he didn't have negative credits or negative units he would be able to apply his masteries again. He wouldn't have negative credits if he didn't refund a purchase.Wow you guys are the worst, the guy is on negative units for refunding back a purchase and you guys are helping him roflOk well this does not have to do with units this has to do with items being mislabeled
The only reasonable and right route is to pay back whatever he refunded and play the game as it is meant to be played.

At this point I guess Kabam just doesn't care when they do something wrong, I was told to keep to just stick to one ticket and that they'll get back to me (#813633) but every time I reply to that ticket, it gets marked as solved without any reply from Kabam support.Dude, I think at this point, they ain’t gonna respond to people with tickets about a ban. I’ve seen other people send tickets to support and get replies in a couple days or so, but for ban tickets, they get solved in hours.
If there's anyone here at Kabam reading this, please help. Humiliate me here by exposing whatever wrong you think I've done if I truly do deserve the ban.
Today the ticket was marked solved for the 8th time.

And yes, permanent ban means I broke TOS before, I did. I cheated back in 2020 January and got banned for 30 days but I've been clean ever since. Kabam you can check my account, you know I'm clean, please unban me.
The account is tied to this email via Kabam login, not a Google account.

Hard to gauge this one properly with it being significantly bugged. Feels faster, which I like. But having to swap 3 champs at a time is kind of annoying. Feels like it almost requires more thought than the last version. But again, feels faster, and I appreciate that at least.

There is a mysterious place between Vibranium 1 and Gladiator Circuit
It is what I call The Void
When you fulfill the victories requirement for Vibranium 1, you collect the rewards for Vibranium 1 (most notably an emote) but you do not enter into Gladiator Circuit automatically
You are actually now in The Void, it is a mysterious place between Victory Track and Gladiator Circuit
You do not get any Gladiator Circuit radiance rewards when you are in The Void
In order to leave The Void, a player needs to enter matchmaking for Gladiator Circuit and complete a battlegrounds match (No forfeiting)
Once you complete a battlegrounds match in Gladiator Circuit (win or lose doesn't matter), you officially leave The Void and the system will assign you a position ranking in Gladiator Circuit based on your points (can be 0 points)
When you are in The Void, you don't even have 0 points, the system does not recognise you at all, you are an alien residing in The Void

Currently, the Game Team is in the process of investigating and developing fixes for several issues impacting the game after the most recent update.
As of now, the following issues have been fixed:
We understand the timetable regarding Raids, and the Team will be discussing Compensation tomorrow.
We will update you when we have determined a solution.
We appreciate your patience as we worked through the process of resolving these issues

As of now, the following issues have been fixed:
- Champion Swap Nodes in Valiant EQ were showing the incorrect Class
- There was an incorrect amount of Iso Selectors in Quest Rewards, leading to a prolonged Iso Selection process
- "Random Degen" is occurring in the AW Showcase against Defenders who have Degen present in their Kit
- Nova's Power Gain was out of control in The Necropolis
- Players were getting stuck at the hack screen on Incursion Zone 25

Why no one's talking bout this, you have to do every bg objectives for this month and next month, which means you have to play a lot of matches to get atleast 3 wins every 2 days, which is not even guaranteed most of the times. This event is clearly for whales and no lifers.I got 3 wins in 6 matches…. And all it made me do is not care about this event anymore. Whatever I get in my normal patterns is fine with me.
Big time missed opportunity with this event that every summoner will be reminded of for 62 days. Brilliant.
