same here on the drops from banquet brother. I’m trying to figure out if the new webstore UI screwed me over - if it did I won’t get torch but I’d get a ton of r5 mats. I’m gonna do the carinas soon but that epoch gauntlet sucks and I just don’t have time for it rn. At least the one thing is if I got screwed on the webstore I don’t have to make a decision between torch and the mats

“Official response” wasn’t necessarily an official announcement, just that Rex came on and said they know about it, and is a “Visual Bug” (the exact words he used).

“Visual” meaning the shards/cats/whatever, are still in your account, they have not been taken away (it's just failing to show them in these pop-up looks). And a bug, in that it was NOT intentional.

Annoying for most things. But YES, Very Extra Problematic (!!!) for these PLAT POOL selecting cases, where you need to see which pieces you don’t have yet.

My recommendation for everyone affected would be to submit a support ticket. Yes, not ideal, especially with maybe how many people have ending up making the wrong selection. But don't think Kabam can just “automatically REVERT” every person's choices on all these PlatPool selections back to an account state as you were PRIOR to making that choice. They may need to do this on case by case basic (again, not ideal, but ???)

(*unless Kabam has a better remedy besides submitting support tickets ??)
