apparently because I just got banned for playing it

I only played three quests. I didn't even SEE the bug. I had no idea I had extra catalysts or whatever. This better not take a week I was trying to push BGs to get radiance, among a gazillion other things.

Commited the grave sin of playing the game.

I played the new quest and now I’m frozen for 7 days. Didn’t even know there was a problem w reward much less should I be penalized for it. 

Aq/aw/bgs all will suffer due to you error. I spend notably on this silly game and you guys are telling me I’m not allowed to play for a week be because your team messed up? That is probably the dumbest thing you could of done to retain a customer. Let me back in to continue as always or lose revenue.

6 days I didn’t do anything I just played the content that was put out didn’t know about any bugs this is crazy I play the game by the book and put all my time into it. If I really do get suspended for a week then you will have lost a loyal player and customer.

I have the same message. I had just taken out Silver Samurai when they took down the game. One win away from BG gladiator circuit and 3750 realm event points. Those points plus 1 day of bgs and the dailies realm event points away from the 285k stack of rewards. So people like me will be penalized for jumping into Eq 5 minutes after it drops.

I don't know how they managed to actually make the comp worse than could've been expected. Especially for those of us that are still suspended because of their bug.

The Summoner's Fest points are a meaningless amount. What are we going to do with 10 heals for AW when the season now doesn't matter and the next season might not matter either? The extra AQ refills only make sense if we get into the game at a reasonable time - it doesn't solve the fact that our alliances have to clear a man (or more) down. AW refills? Again, the season doesn't matter.

For the length of the outage, really bad comp. For the extended length that some of us must suffer through, abysmal. Kabam should continue to be increasingly embarrassed.
