Wait for better option

Look at the health pools and attack values here. One of these screenshots is from act 8 crucible. The other is from chap 1 elder eq. My prestige is 25k.

From my point of view, I'm looking at trying to do a more restrictive crucible that does not heal between fights and has rewards that don't feel like they're worth that kind of effort.

I was really excited for adaptive EQ but this feels like you guys had a great idea and then lost the plot somewhere along the way. I have a hard time believing any of you tried this out ahead of time.

Massive disappointment

It's not really even a win since they got rid of autocomplete. Previously if I needed a few Tier 1/2 catalysts to randomly rank up the new 2 or 3-star I got, I could just select Auto-complete and carry on with actually being able to try out that champion I just ranked up. Additionally, if I had excess energy I couldn't use because I'm locked into a hard quest but doing have the time to complete that quest, I could autocomplete to get some catalysts out of it.

Now? I have to do autofight and waste time doing nothing, and can't "burn off" excess energy either.

rationally speaking, no, it’s not worth doing. The investment of time required combined with the limited fun factor and mediocre rewards do not provide an incentive for anyone to do this.

Just a couple more minor issues with the new forum format:

every time I open or refresh the forum site, it’s skewed and doesn’t fit my mobile screen. Some of the wording to the right is cut off. I have to re-center the page each time and if I open a discussion page it also reorients to shift the content to the right. Why can’t it just be centered to fit in the middle of an iPhone screen?

Also, can we just have words like it used to be for these? I can’t tell any difference between a happy face or a thumbs up or a heart or a smiling face. And really what are the directional arrows supposed to be?

Old Format:

- it was terrible. Updates came far too slowly for new difficulties, and by the time they finally landed the rewards were already dated, and posed little to no challenge.

Old format was great and relaxing story content and source of units for those who play casually. Not every mode should be teeth breaking, annoying long and hard. There enough modes for this already, now it ALL of them.

Can somebody explain why do we have to do one run through classic difficulty?

Even TB eq had some extra rewards which was needed to unlock paragauntlet, but here classic and elder are sharing the same milestones which we will eventually get by doing the elder difficulty...
