with all this new "adaptive" rewards tiers and fights and the Frigging crappy prestige change, i really hope they dont ruin act 9.3 because i really enjoyed act 9 so far.

I really don't understand these changes, they said they welcomed and were happy with all the feedback from the last few months of testing different valiant eq's. then they somehow go the opposite direction by making it, so you have to do classic, which isn't classic at all since that implies it's like the classic version...

then with the prestige change... you can finally sort by prestige which is about the only positive thing here. you have no way to compare ranked up champs base prestige with unranked champs, it should compare every champ at the same rank which probably should be r1. now you have to choose to rank for rewards or rank for who you like to play. on top of your difficulty changing with rank ups could screw you with defenders you might not be able to counter because you ranked a champ for the prestige and better rewards. unless they plan to just keep releasing hard counters to last months champs.

on top of having to lock in your rewards with prestige. now you have to choose to do I do it now at the beginning or do I wait until the end of the month so all my rank ups for the month help me get better rewards and now have to time when to start so I have time to finish. it should just be set rewards, they need to just do away with this change completely, go back to the old system, and keep the change to be able to sort by prestige with the changes stated above. go back to prestige affecting aq and just buff the store and keep the content refreshed.

this all seems like a change to increase spending and if you don't you fall behind. I just don't even know if I want to keep playing, even with the time & money I have sank into this game.

I saw the post (talk down) from Kabam Crash about Prestige… lots of bla-bla-bla to tell us that the top 30 prestige is there to stay.

But what really hit me, he went on explaining Photon prestige and doing a before and after (and more bla-bla-bla )

And I went wait… there’s now a tool or way for us to see before and after rank up and impact on my prestige?

I have been playing the game for 10 years, and prestige always been that abstract concept that top their alliance needed to understand to get top rewards.

So before the update, where could you actually know your prestige? Where can you see the contribution to your champ to your prestige? No where… zip, nada 👎🏻

Even today where do you see the prestige for each champs? No where. You now have the total, but per champs? Nada 👎🏻

So how could Crash give us a lecture on prestige so confidently? Ah, third party website? Internal data not shown in the game? Both?


All that rambling to say, if prestige become centre to the game, provide the mean to understand the impact IN THE GAME.
