Im kinda with OP on this. We were explicitly told it wouldn't go live until may so if it's in the game now that's a big problem

THe option to select an easier difficulty comes next month. This month is the standard normal and elder difficulty. You have to finish one completion of normal to unlock elder, and the elder eq difficulty doesn't have anything to do with the new "elder" title.
Next month though, the "elder" title people will have perks in monthly EQ. No clue what they will call that new difficulty though.

it’s even a bigger gap between what we used to earn before and after the change, because before you could spent your mysterium on items you want (for example more rank up material vs shards vs relic materials), and on top of it you could’ve earn more items (other than mysterium) from running the side event.
Now you get a mix of items, not necessarily what you want/need, and less.
too bad… I don’t remember when the mysterium store/currency first added to the game, but it was one of the bigger WINS they had, until the update to some of the items few months ago, like the exalted shards and the double qty of the t4a/t6b which was another big WIN…. Well, until now… huge loss.

It was communicated on several different platforms, several different ways and at several different times. I think it's an accomplishment for you to have missed it, actually.

Good morning, some members of my alliance and I haven’t been able to play for the past two days due to an annoying issue: whenever we enter the game map or a battle, the screen turns completely black. Is there a way to fix this?

Seatin put together an infographic and double checked a few of the ones we weren't sure about. But, yeah, these seem to be dependent on what Player Level you're at. Just odd that they're making the choice for us instead of giving us a selector based on progression level. I'd rather still have the choice, especially if we're deciding between Titan shards and Primordial Dust. That isn't an absolute certainty which one a Valiant player wants.
