IUninstalled the game waited 5 minutes, turned the phone back on reinstalled and it still dose not work. I have done this every couple of hours since the bug killed my game on Wednesday at 15:00 GMT. As i have previously mentioned i do not care about compensation, I just want to play my game and get the rewards I have earned by playing through the most difficult content. If there is compensation given, is it going to account for the fact I would have been Elder by now so i would have gotten the better Twitch rewards. I would have chosen different rewards and spent more money in the deadweights event. Does it give me back my AQ and AW boosts and revives. Is it going to compensate my soon to be expiring resources that I purchased to get the Elder title, by completing 9.4 and Carinas. Will it compensate my time and stress from not being able to enjoy my favourite game and participate with the community in the new fun content. Instead of sitting on the outside so jealous of the people that do not even want to do the Carinas challenge and not pushing for Elder. 
This has been going on for 3 days and there is no update on the forums or in game message. The Twitch chat was filled with other people screaming about the Black Screen bug, but KarateMike and the other 2 guests did not once mention it or address the fact that it is making the game unplayable for 1000s of summoners. 

After 5 days here is the "remediation" offered by Kabam support:

• Uninstall the game, switch off the phone and reinstall.

Really concerned this isn't going to get fixed anytime soon and meanwhile the ones who should be communicating to the players seem to be on vacation…
