That is exactly what you have done. You nerfed rewards so now what I could have bought with my BG tokens I barely can buy with essentia. You have made a horrible QOL change for the players.

The IMIW fight was the only one I found annoying on the Hero run so you may have convinced me to go with Serpent if he makes that last 15% easier. Thanks again!

Firstly, always appreciate you taking the time and communication with the community (not expecting this all of the time), it does help with building trust and help the players understand the current situation.

Secondly, I would just like to add (which I'm sure the Kabam team already know) Battlegrounds are really in a bad state. While I know the team aee trying to improve on the gameplay experience with these various matches and meta testing.

However, do hope that Kabam will review the whole process, how players progress through the ranking (both on VT and GC), right now for players that normally would participated in BG, doesn't bother, because it feel too much of a time sink, a players could spend 2 to 3 hrs in BG and feel that they make no progress (which would be fine if the experience is enjoyable.

Ascension is broken and the fix is easy.

All 7* should be ascendable. The token and class token system is fine, but any max sig 7* should receive ascension materials regardless of which crystal they came from.

The max sig titan dupe giving 6% of a new titan crystal, and 6.67% of a box draw for one of 6 champions is a joke.

Ascension tokens for any max sig 7* is the best way, at least then you’re going to be pushing towards something in dupes that feel horrible right now.

Lol I just got a headache thinking about the fact that I did all these this month 💀, it is definitely a grind. I'll definitely not do everything next month cause this month I had a lot of time and that's the thing you failed to see, not everybody have the time to do all these...

I think you are assuming that a person can only ever feel one way. They can either be angry or love the game. The reason I can get so angry about the game is because I love it. I wouldn't just write up something like this simply because I hated something. I write something like this because I am passionate about MCOC and want it to improve. When you are passionate about something it can manifest both as positive and negative emotions. You can love something and still get deeply angry or disappointed with it. Multitudes, we contain them.

We appreciate the response crashed but there are two things you didnt mention or mentioned differently that some elaboration on would be nice.

You talked about players issues with ascension but didnt mention the biggest issue players have with ascension which is new champion ascension and the extreme costs associated with it.

You also mentioned that the CCP is heard and is engaged with in communication all the time but if you go to almost any video by a CCP member they complain about not being heard, not being able to communicate with kabam due to being harrased and kabam employees having a bad attitude toward them, and them not having information to make informed feedback before something happens

I mean, he's right… imagine having to do that fight with five-star champions...

That sounds like valid criticism, however, doing something is better than doing nothing. I do care about the game so even if the chances are low I'll share my thoughts and encourage others to do the same.
