@CrashOut my friend, I'm going to ask that you stop saying that we don't care and that we're intentionally trying to screw players on XY or Z, and keep the discussions constructive here.

I've been working with the team all day on this - I have put all my focus on that, and I unfortunately can not be in two places at once, I saw working to get an update to the launch of Essentia as the most important thing of the day here.

Now that things are settled (see recent announcement) -
I'll respond to all of your points that have questions or actionable points:

"The purchases within the stores, some of them are just pitiful but don't harm anyone, 1 6* sig stone a week is laughable, 5 signets is terrifying... That won't even cover 2 BG matches so was you expecting people to spend units here? Not to mention the traders outpost and having less availability there than before."

There are 5 6 Star Relic Stones per week, equaling to 20 per month - this is tuned the same as one dupe.
You can purchase 35 Shuffle Signets per week, the same as before. The initial implementation was incorrect.

"The glory situation, you know people have glory in overflow and even if we didn't, glory from last week and the coming week is a lot more than the petty 400 a week trade in, so we were always going to have it expire so you just wanted to watch earned resources disappear?"

The Glory situation was an oversight, so the cap on Glory was removed to compensate.

"The raids tickets, this a huge decision you made, this was not a mistake it was intentional. Use a 3rd of our Essentia or 1000 units is outrageous, this is nothing but greed and inconsideration for the actual game itself, if this hadn't changed I know that most allies would not have touched Raids this week. This was disgusting."

I would like to reiterate here that we are not trying to intentionally screw players.
This was poor tuning. The price for Essentia is being lowered, and Raid tickets were able to be purchased with old currency before Raids started.

The true goal of Essentia was to create a centralized Engagement Based Currency, similar to what Radiance did for Competitive Currency. Sometimes, things aren't going to hit the mark at launch - this doesn't mean that people don't care, or that they're trying to scam you.
In those cases, when something launches rocky, the best I can do is work with the team and do what I can to help.

I appreciate you responding Mike. Ngl was getting pretty nervous that we were getting stone walled. I appreciate you guys increasing the trade-in amount. But the trade in needs to be a pretty substantial increase. Sitting on over 300k incursions artifacts, over 20k glory, and more than 100k battlegrounds artifacts and not being able to buy upgrade mats to take up my champs feels AWFUL.

And I understand y’all are humans and there will be difficulties and broken updates, but at the rate these decisions about the game are being made that negatively impact the community, updates come out half baked and broken, it’s not a huge leap to see why people are upset as they are. It’s not an every once in a while thing, it’s happened consistently this year.

Also, people are this upset because they care, not the opposite

Madelyne is going to be insane there is no point in even arguing that, and Strange and Pav are both very strong as well. The difference with the ones I mentioned tho is these three actually have damage and you could even argue that all three of them are interchangeable with Nico depending on the meta, the others however are not. It’s been 6 months since Mr. Knight was released and so far he hasn’t dominated anything in-game other than his own deep dive.

And yet there’s Pavitr and Dr Strange, both top tier mystics compared to the other ascendable options. Not to mention Madelyne

Aside from the other issues, this year has been so grindy. Coliseum, side events, everything just feels like it's been stretched out past the point of fun. Ascension too.

But yeah, Essentia hasn't helped one bit. We weren't clearly told the stores were going otherwise I'd have bought the 7* Incursion crystal when I had chance.

-5 after all the drama since banquet the ascension and essentia has sent it over the edge. All the bugs and ai issues still present little to no significant communication or solutions on things. The game is the worst it's ever been

When they said a new currency would be taking over I was expecting something different then this withdraw limit. Like...

Then all convert after closing and seeing all old currencies not staying and seeing Essential.

Then future or remaining currency would be auto-converted.

Feeling like a bank and the maximum withdraw per week is spending currency yourself. like. Bruv📢!

Could have just had one problem; "missing resources while also the Summoners questioning math for that say resource." +raid ticket purchase but nope. They wanted 3 issues on launch day🤷.

Not only that, Kabam has ignored the thousands of players who wasted essentia to buy raid tickets, all because kabam was too lazy to send out an announcement saying they were returning the old raid tickets.
