I think people forget that the only reason realm is considered a testing map is because of how much power creep the game has had. There isn't supposed to be a testing map because its a live service game

There's just not enough variety in Big Thing for it to be permanent. Imagine doing the same exact few fights for years. It already got boring in the 1 month we had it. They'd need to change all the nodes each month, because even every saga would be too infrequent to avoid it getting stale.

the lag this season is the worse it's ever been…. sometimes I lag so much entering the fight that 10-15 seconds have elapsed…. while I have less time in the fight the actual duration is accounted for, which is why you see that difference. In this instance above, 4 seconds just vanished in the ether

I have said this every time this topic comes up and i will say it again.

The argument constantly made against having this practice mode is that it will eat into revenue and make the hunt for new defenders and counters by whales less inticing. That however, can be easily addressed.

Make the practice mode with a 1 year lag. No champs can be added to the practice mode for 1 year after release. If you are wondering how this benefits anyone, it reduces rng and provides casual players a chance to be competitive without having to do aw/bg.

Plus if i give me example, it took me more than a year to get serpent above 4* level after his release. Even now i have a 6r5a and not 7*. I just couldnt practice against him except highly competitive modes like AW/BG or use the duel feature against someone who had him as a top champ or use only 4*s. Sometimes with a champ like Serpent where you want to judge the timinga to avoid his defensive threats, the above options are not enough. By opening a practice mode like this, Kabam is partially mitigating bad rng that can put a player behind the meta. The bad serpent meta and slew of tough defenders pushed me from semi competitive to casual player. There is a benefit to Kabam opening this mode.

@smdam38 it is a single server similar to beta tests because it's not on main game servers. If they add it to the game, it would be on the common game server. Similar to how you have 9.2 in game now and only had it on beta servers when it was in beta

He does have wither which helps vs extra power gain

He does not have power control or health steal. He does not counter miss or evade or passive unstoppables. No immunities. The charcter Model is very good looking but the rest of the animations are very underwhelming . He looks like he was buffed Last year not this year.
